How do I list my property?
First of all register for an account.
Once you receive our confirmation email, you can go to Submit Property and fill in the form with all your property details.
Does VRH-FSBO share my information with others?

What is the difference between "For Sale by Owner" and FSBO?
Absolutely nothing! FSBO is only the initials of For Sale By Owner
What kind of real estate advice do you give?
We do not give "real estate advice" as we are not Realtors nor are we a legal or governmental entity - but we do give you solid information based on knowledge gained over 13 years of owning Vacation Rental Homes linked with hard facts and current legislation.
Why are you offering 2 months free listings?
That's easy - this is a brand new site and we need listings to attract Buyers - hence the first 100 people to sign up get 2 Months Free as an incentive to list with us.
How much do I have to pay when the 2 months are up?
After the 2 months are up, there is no obligation to advertise further with us unless you want to. If you decide it is not for you then your details will be deleted and we will never ask for, or retain, your credit card details. If you choose to continue with us you can easily check out our very competative pricing structure
Why should I advertise with you?
Good question - which is easily answered - firstly it costs you absolutely nothing to list on our site if you're within the first 100 to list - and even if you miss out on that, then the monthly rate is very low and, unlike many sites, you only pay on a monthly basis - not 1 year up front! so really - you have no / or a very small outlay. The only thing you will lose is the time it takes you to list your property!
For these reasons I have to turn the question round and say "... why shouldn't you advertise with us?
What if I have questions?
You can use our chat bot if we're online, or alternatively email your question either direct from our site or from your own email client. We will normally answer within 1 - 12 hours - the length of time does depend on your time zone as we are unable to offer a 24/7 service - however, you will get an automatic response when your query comes in so you know we have received it.
How do I know there's a buyer interested in my property
You can add an email address on your listing OR if you prefer not to, you can opt for us to forward their enquiry on to you. The choice is yours.
